All ticket holders will agree to the following ticket waiver: All Sweetest Chefs (SC) events are 21+ or any minor will be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 at all times. No one under 21 will be admitted unless accompanied by an adult. ID’s will be checked at the gate. All attendees must have a valid photo ID. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All tickets are non-refundable. No exchanges, no exceptions. Event schedule is subject to change without notice. All events are rain or shine.

Sweetest Chefs reserves the right to refuse admission to or reject or remove any person that is intoxicated or whose conduct is deemed unbecoming, without refund. SC urges all adults to consume alcoholic products responsibly. The holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to SC and agrees SC, their agents, venues, vendors, sponsors, and employees are not liable for any resulting injuries. This ticket will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Patrons may not bring food or drink products into the event venue. As a condition of admission, all personal items are subject to search. Sound recordings and videography of SC are expressly prohibited unless prior permission is approved. Skateboards, bicycles, skates, rollerblades, pets (unless trained to assist), are prohibited. Events, dates, times, venues, and personalities are subject to change.

This ticket is a revocable license, which may be withdrawn, and admission refused anytime. This ticket may not be duplicated. Holder shall not transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture or reproduction of the event to which this ticket is issued. Holder expressly grants the promoter and its licensees to use holder’s image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted. Access to venue by any person other than the original purchaser of this ticket may be denied. Management may revoke the license and eject or refuse entry to the holder for violation of facilities rules, illegal activity or misconduct. Persons selling or reselling tickets in violation of any applicable city, county or state regulations, ordinances or laws are subject to arrest and prosecution.

These policies and conditions contain legal obligations. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this site.

All tastings/samples are included in ticket prices – there are no additional fees for tasting. Alcohol will stop being served 15 minutes prior to closing of the event. Food will last as long as exhibitors have product. Each ticket includes one welcome cocktail and non-alcoholic beverage options while supplies last. A cash bar will also be available with a limited menu. 


Sweetest Chefs’s first priority is the safety and health of our attendees, sponsors, entertainers, production crew, volunteers, and staff. We are working closely with our venue and local officials to ensure that the Sweetest Chefs in September will be a fun and entertaining experience that is safe for everyone. As such, all attendees will be required to abide by our COVID-19 Protocol, which may include any or all of the following measures:  liability waivers, face coverings, social distancing, non-invasive temperature checks, testing, written or verbal health status attestation or proof of vaccination. Sweetest Chefs reserves the right to modify and add requirements at its sole discretion. Cooperation with published health and safety protocols on-site will be required to enter and participate in the event.

All attendees, sponsors, entertainers, production crew and volunteers will be required to complete a written or verbal health status attestation during the 2 calendar days prior to the event or upon arrival at the event. Entrance and/or participation in the event in any capacity waives all liability. 

Hand sanitizer stations will be provided at entrances, inside portable restrooms, vendor stations, and other well‐marked and lit locations to encourage frequent use.

All public space and facilities will be sanitized regularly, and employees are required to frequently wash their hands. We ask that any guests or staff who feel unwell or have recently been in close contact with a person with COVID-19 to stay home.

All tickets are subject to service fees. Our tickets are processed through a third party, which charges a convenience fee per ticket to offset operational and product costs. All tickets are subject to state, county and municipal taxes in the state of Alabama. These taxes are added to the price of your ticket and will be paid to the taxing authority following all state and local laws. 

If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of an error in a price posted on this website or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then: Event Management will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website.


Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Customer Service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If Customer Service is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, Customer Service may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice.


Unlawful resale of tickets (or attempted resale) is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. A ticket shall not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by Event Management, provided that even if such consent is obtained, any use of Event Promoter’s trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to Event Management’s consent.


You expressly understand and agree that: (a) this site and any of the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and that this site makes no warranties, representations or conditions (as used in this section “warranties”) of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement and that any such warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed, and (b) this site specifically makes no warranties that it or any of its services, including any content, information, products or services obtained from or through the use of this site or any of the services, will be provided on an uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free basis or that such services or the results derived therefrom will meet your requirements or expectations.

Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed due to unforeseen occurrences or Act of God. Sweetest Chefs will not provide refunds for such cancellations. Sweetest Chefs, EATYALL, and Eat Cities, LLC shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event that an event is rescheduled or postponed due to fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrences or any other event that renders performance of this event impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency. Eat Cities, LLC, Sweetest Chefs and EATYALL will make every effort to offer a substitution event in the case the event cancels because of a fortuitous event or Act of God.


You expressly understand and agree that in no event shall this event, Eat Cities, LLC, EATYALL, attendees, sponsors, entertainers, production crew, volunteers, or be liable for any damages whatsoever, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, and any damages for loss of profits, savings, goodwill or other intangible losses, regardless of whether any of the aforenamed had been advised of or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with participation or interaction with this event or any of the aforenamed for any reason including: (a) the use, inability to use or performance of any of the services of this event, or (b) any unauthorized access to or modification to any of your content or transmissions, or (c) any other matter relating to this event, event website or any of the services of Eat Cities, LLC or the aforenamed.



We take your right to privacy seriously and want you to feel comfortable using our website. This Privacy Policy deals with personally identifiable information (referred to as “Data” below) that may be collected by us on our site. This Policy does not apply to other entities that we do not own or control or persons that are not our employees, agents or within our control.


Attendee authorizes the Event (Sweetest Chefs) and anyone authorized by them, to retouch or alter any photographs taken of the event Participant and use it, in whole or in part, with or without the Participant’s name, signature, and/or other identification of any other fictitious or real person, in any and all media, for advertising or commercial purpose, and to claim and register its copyright in same; and further, release the Event, and their respective employees, directors, officers, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all liability arising from the use of the participant’s photograph and from any blurring, distortion or optical illusion which may occur or be produced, as well as from the use of the Participant’s name, signature, and/or information; and further relinquish all right, title and interest in and to the negatives and prints and their reproduction, including the right to approve their final form, context and use.

No camera or recording devices are permitted at the Event, except as approved by Festival Management.


Please take note that your user name, e-mail address, or other submissions that you make on this site may contain your real name or other personally identifiable information and, as a result, may appear on this site. Like many web sites, we may also automatically receive general information that is contained in our server log files such as your IP address and cookie information. Information about how advertising may be served on this site (if at all) is set forth below.

Any data collected through our Health Attestation Requirement related to Covid-19 will be kept entirely confidential or you will be notified if it must be used for any reason. You may opt out of providing this information by citing religious or ethical disagreement in writing prior to the event.


We may use Data to customize and improve your user experience on this site. We will make efforts so that your Data will not be provided to third parties unless (i) provided for otherwise in this Privacy Policy; (ii) we obtain your consent, such as when you choose to opt-in or opt-out to the sharing of Data; (iii) a service provided on our site requires the interaction with or is provided by a third party, by way of example an Application Service Provider; (iv) pursuant to legal process or law enforcement; (v) we find that your use of this site violates our this Policy, Terms of Service, other usage guidelines or as deemed reasonably necessary by us to protect our legal rights and/or property; (vi) or (vi) this site is purchased by a third party whereby that third party will be able to use the Data in the same manner as we can as set forth in this Policy. In the event you choose to use links that appear on our site to visit other websites, you are advised to read the privacy policies that appear on those sites.


Like many web sites, we may set and use cookies to enhance your user experience, such as retaining your personal settings. Advertisements may appear on our web site and, if so, may set and access cookies on your computer and are subject to the privacy policy of those parties providing the advertisement. However, the companies serving the advertising do not have access to our cookies. These companies usually use non-personally identifiable or anonymous codes to obtain information about your visits to our site.


As you browse The Sweetest Chefs, advertising cookies will be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in. Our display advertising partners enable us to present you with retargeting advertising on other sites based on your previous interaction with Sweetest Chefs. The techniques our partners employ do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address or telephone number. 


We provide you with the ability to edit the information in your user account information that you provided to us by contacting us directly at inbox@eatyall.com. You may request deletion of your user account by contacting us. Content or other data that you may have provided to us and that is not contained within your user account, such as posts that may appear within our forums, may continue to remain on our site at our discretion even though your user account is deleted.


We may make changes to this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of substantial changes to this Policy either by posting a prominent announcement on our site and/or by sending a message to the e-mail address you have provided to us that is contained within your user settings.


While this Privacy Policy states our standards for maintenance of Data and we will make efforts to meet them, we are not in a position to guarantee these standards. There may be factors beyond our control that may result in disclosure of data. As a consequence, we disclaim any warranties or representations relating to maintenance or nondisclosure of Data.
